In this role, he will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of senior-debt and private-credit transactions across real estate, infrastructure, and corporate sectors. His responsibilities include expanding Centurions partner network, strengthening institutional capital relationships, and building a scalable multi-market origination platform.
Before joining Centurion, Windsor-Areago held leadership roles across venture capital and private credit. At Platform Capital, he served as Head of North America, Strategy & Investments, overseeing cross-border investment activity. He later built his institutional credit experience at ING, where he worked in senior-secured debt origination and managed lender and investor relationships across several regions. He also served as a Venture Partner at Expert Dojo Ventures, supporting early-stage companies with capital strategy and growth initiatives.
At Centurion, Windsor-Areago will focus on underwriting discipline, due-diligence oversight, and aligning capital structures with client objectives across the firms global private-credit platform.
